Video Contest: Preventing Wasted Food!
Eureka Recycling invites you to submit a short video with your favorite tip on how you prevent wasted food. Do you have a way to revive wilted lettuce? Or a recipe that uses up food that would otherwise go to waste?
Submit your video (two minutes maximum) to Eureka Recycling between April 22 and May 26.
Winners will be announced on June 9. Prizes include: a Farm to Table dinner for two and glass containers to bring home your leftovers, $80 in Farmers Market cash, food storage containers, and a countertop compost keeper.
